As Medical Director, Dr. Fine oversees ER-One’s patient service initiatives. He is responsible for promoting best clinical practices in healthcare delivery in the Wayne Memorial Hospital emergency department.

Dr. Fine is a board certified emergency medicine physician who has been practicing emergency medicine for over 30 years. He pursued his medical education at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Faculte de Medecine, in Brussels, Belgium where he finished in the top 2% of his class. From there Dr. Fine went on to earn his medical degree at the Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.  His residency training was performed at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, PA where he completed a residency in both internal and emergency medicine.
